A SERIES OF 8 SESSIONS
SUPERVISED BY A YOGA TEACHER AND A CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST & SOPHROLOGIST
This series of 8 sessions can be beneficial for any person who suffers from various symptoms linked to stress and anxiety and who wishes to find balance and inner peace in their daily life. Organised in a small group, these sessions aim to introduce you to different tools used in Yoga and Sophrology that can help you develop a personal practice of mindfulness. By participating in all 8 sessions, you will gradually feel the following benefits on your mental, emotional and physical health:
- Reduction of stress-related symptoms and better management of negative emotions such as anxiety, anger or sadness.

YOUR INSTRUCTORS
Catherine DUTORDOIR, also known as Authentika, is a clinical psychologist specialized in various approaches such as dynamic sophrology, family and systemic constellations, life stories, women’s circles, and art therapy. Her numerous trainings but also her many travels around the world inspire her work and the way she accompanies her patients. Today, Catherine has her private cabinet in Brussels.
She is a real passionate about the depths and complexity of the human psyche and the search for freedom is at the heart of her work. She specializes in accomanying women and adolescents, and she has worked for several years in family plannings on the topic of abortion.
Catherine is also pationate about yoga, meditation and other therapeutic and spiritual practices. She sees life as a journey toward oneself, where one always seeks for more freedom and consciousness. Crises are in her eyes her opportunities to grow and each individual is a being in perpetual evolution.
With 13 years of experience practicing different types of yoga, Elsa KERAUDREN decided to deepen her knowledge about the philosophy and benefits of yoga on the body and the mind by following a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Brussels in 2019, and since then has also been certified and teaches Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Pre/postnatal and Menopause Yoga.
Practicing a wide range of sports next to yoga and daily meditation, Elsa strongly believes that it is crucial to exercise the mind as much as the body to better manage stress, feel more healthy, confident, focused and grounded.
Thanks to her expertise in teaching beginner and intermediate level practitioners, Elsa believes in working with the body, not against it, focusing on breathing, interoception, core strength, alignment, and joint mobility. She always adapts her classes to her students’ needs and level, and encourages every one to explore, celebrate and focus on their own practice.

⚠️ Before you registers to this series of classes, each participant needs to aknowledge that the sessions will all be facilitated in french. Furthermore, to be eligible to participate in this class series and and the subsidied price, it is essential to commit to participating in all 8 sessions because the benefits on mental health are significantly increased thanks to a regular practice.
