WORKSHOPS
On a regular basis, YOGAZAZ organises 1,5 to 3-hour workshops to enable students to deepen their yoga practice and discover new techniques, skills and disciplines.
Workshops can focus on meditation and breathwork, learning how to master a particular challenging posture, or can be dedicated to exploring the combination of 2 disciplines such as yoga and sound healing to regulate the nervous system.
Specialised in Pre/postanal Yoga and Menopause Yoga, YOGAZAZ also facilitates specific workshops on these topics. These spaces are a medium to accompy women through these life transitions, by informing and empowering them so that they can reconnect with their Self. By listening to their deeper needs, women can start embracing the changes taking place in their minds and bodies.

LISTENING TO YOUR BODY IN POSTPARTUM – POSTNATAL YOGA & PHYSIOTHERAPY WORKSHOP
Saturday September 27th, 14:00-16:30 – Yoga Room Stockel, Av. de Hinnisdael 12, 1150 Brussels.
Led by Elsa, a yoga teacher, and Wivine, a specialized perinatal physiotherapist, this holistic workshop facilitated in french integrates the teachings of postnatal yoga with those of physiotherapy to help you reconnect gently and consciously with your body after childbirth. During the workshop, we’ll explore body awareness, reintegrating breath with movement, how to correctly engage core muscles (pelvic floor, abdominals, spine), as well as stretching and relaxation. The goal is to support you in gradually starting a physical activity again while respecting your body and inner rythm. In the end, you will leave with practical tools to regain stability and confidence in this new stage of your life.
This workshop is open to all women who recently gave birth, with the permission from their gynecologist to resume physical activity and who have already started postnatal rehabilitation sessions with a specialized physiotherapist.

Created by Petra Coveney (UK), Menopause Yoga is a holistic practice designed to offer simple, accessible and effective tools to help women navigate the transition of (peri)menopause. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, this approach invites us to embrace menopause as a profound bio-psycho-socio-spiritual transformation — a threshold into a new phase of life.
Trained by Petra Coveney, Elsa is facilitating this cycle of 4 in-depth workshops where adapted yoga postures, breathwork, mindfulness, guided relaxation, practical tips, and take-home resources come together to support your transition. Each workshop also includes a sharing circle, encouraging open expression, mutual support and the creation of a caring, non-judgmental community.
Open to all women, no yoga experience required.

YOGA & SOUND HEALING WORKSHOP – AUTUMN EDITION
Date to be announced soon – Maison de Quartier Malibran (10, Rue de la Digue, 1050 Ixelles. Room “Rythme” situated on the 3rd floor).
An energizing and soothing workshop at the same time. You will first be guided by Elsa through a dynamic all-level Hatha Flow to ignite your inner fire and stir the Yang energy in you. In the second part, Frédéric aka Innersonnics will awaken the Yin energy in you and bring you into a state of well-being and deep relaxation by immersing you in a sound bath made with his unique instruments. The latter create frequencies that will vibrate in your body, regulating your nervous system, melting your stress away and helping you release blockages, may they be physical, mental or emotional.
